Our fantastic Garage style workshop sits directly onto your chosen base and the substantial Garage double doors make parking your vehicle an easy task. The Garage also comes with a personal side access door and no floor as standard.
You must ensure that this garden building is assembled strictly in accordance with the assembly instructions that are provided and is installed on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material.
The garden building should be treated shortly after assembly, both externally and internally, with a good quality wood preserver and treated with a water-resistant treatment. Treatment should be reapplied annually to prolong the life of your building. All glazing units must be sealed, inside and out with silicone or other watertight solution of your choice (not supplied).

Our SIPs flat pack building kit offers a meticulously pre-cut structure with all the essentials to construct the shell of your building. Detailed building instructions are provided, complete with panels that are labelled and coded for easy assembly.
This form of kit does not include windows or doors.
The kit includes:
- Fully insulated SIP panels for the building structure
- Insulated splines to join panels.
- C16/24 treated timber for structural edges and joiners.
- Fixing kit and full instructions and timber cutting list.

Our SIPs exterior building kit is designed to ensure that your structural shell remains completely waterproof. With comprehensive building instructions and panels that are clearly marked and coded for easy assembly, you’ll have everything you need to create a watertight structure.
The kit includes:
- Fully insulated SIP panels for the building structure
- Insulated splines to join panels.
- C16/24 treated timber for structural edges and joiners.
- Breathable membrane
- Battens and exterior cladding
- EPDM rubber roofing kit with trims
- Fixing kit and full instructions and timber cutting list.
