As a versatile Garden Room, The Conwy is perfect for a variety of uses. Utilizing the latest Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) technology, this building provides a high-performance, low-maintenance environment that keeps the warmth in and the cold out. When properly maintained, these structures have an architectural lifespan of 40–50 years.
The Conwy is available as a DIY Flat-Pack Kit in two versions: a basic structural framework or a complete kit including pre-supplied doors and windows. Every kit includes essential components: SIP panels, splines, C24 timber, roofing materials, fixings, flooring, and exterior cladding. Our design team can also adapt this model for bespoke requirements to suit your specific site.
Note on Longevity: We highly recommend completing construction to a watertight level promptly. While materials withstand short-term exposure, they should be covered with a waterproof membrane during the build to ensure the integrity of the insulation.
