We have a range of buildings that can be adapted, and we can also design a building bespoke to requirements. Our design team will be only too happy to provide design options for your consideration.

The Beeston offers two types of Kits - one as a framework where you can add your own windows and doors, and the other including pre-supplied doors and windows. The Kit also comes with all necessary components for building, such as SIP panels, splines, C24 timber, roof material, fixings, flooring, exterior cladding, and optional windows and doors. Our goal is to deliver Kits within 2-6 weeks, with Shell Buildings taking approximately 12 weeks, unless customizations extend the time. Delivery confirmation will be provided upon ordering.

Your building will arrive flat packed, and securely wrapped for protection, on a pallet. The choice of haulier will be dependent on the size of building. They will endeavour to unload in your chosen location, using their equipment which includes small portable forklifts, or pallet trucks.

If you have any specific delivery requirements that we should be aware of then please advise at point of order, so we can in turn advise the haulier.

If you have access restrictions, again this needs to be highlighted at point of order, so we can look at the best delivery option.

In order to ensure durability, we highly recommend promptly completing construction to a watertight level or temporarily covering the building with a waterproof membrane. Though the boarding can withstand short periods of being waterproof, leaving it exposed for an extended period is not advised. Our Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) utilize the latest construction technology to create a long-lasting and highly insulated building, keeping the warmth in and the cold out without the need for additional insulation. SIPs constructions are known for their solidity and longevity, and when properly maintained, can have a lifespan of 40-50 years.
