PURLINS - Fixing between the apexs we use a 40mm x 150mm C16 CLS STD.

STD ROOF COVERING - Full Firestone Rubber Roof covering 25 year manufacturers warranty (more information can be found in the brochures section)

ROOFLINE - White PVCU vented soffit to allow air flow in the roof preventing condensation, PVCu fascia to match chosen door and window (white,Grey,Black) half round black gutter system standard on all builds. 

WINDOWS AND DOORS - All of our PVCu is supplied by Kelsall Windows Limited offering you a 10 year warranty using CAT A energy rated products. The prices shown include 1x 2100H x 1400W PVCu french or sliding door in white, grey, or black. Other windows and door can be priced accordingky just call the team for a price.  

CONCRETE FIXING - 102mm concrete screws and 6mm SDS drill bit provided to fix building down to the concrete every 1m.  

FIXINGS PROVIDED –  1 X 100mm fixings, 1 X 50mm screws. 

STANDARD EXTERIOR CLADDING – 125mm x 15mm finsihed Pressure treated shiplap cladding applied with 40mm ring-shank coil nails. 

ROOF BOARDING - 18MM OSB as standard 

HOW DOES IT ARRIVE???- Unlike most companies this comes in pre fabricated panels made in our Willington workshop.

Our product comes in a series of panels ready to be installed along with all the materials needed to complete the build to the above specifications. The delivery will be made by one of our qualified team who will instruct you on the build process along the way should you have any questions.

WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO FOR YOU? working in partnership with Hero Elctrical LTD we can supply and complete all electrics to your garden room. Plastering is also something we have qualified in house plasterers that can fully skim your builds, finish them with skirtings and architraves and floor coverings. Simply fill out the contact form with all details for a price.

DELIVERY IS UNFORTNATLY NOT INCLUDED

Delivery is charged at £1.80 per mile, one way from our WILLINGTON workshop post code CW6 0ND to your address. Once you have placed your order through our shopping cart option you will need to send us a message with your full address, post code, contact telephone number and email address, we will then work out the delivery charge. Items can also be collected at no extra costs.
